Restorative Justice Practices in CO

Restorative Justice Practices in CO

For many people who serve others, making space and time to learn and rejuvenate is rare and precious. Are you one of these?

This fall at the CO Restorative Justice Conference in Vail there will be time for both. A walk in the mountains in autumn, yoga in the morning, a conversation with a new friend- you can take the time to reflect and restore yourself. Equally you can learn what you are hungry to know about restorative justice practices in schools, the justice system and communities. Take time to connect with leaders in the field, colleagues and others who share your curiosity about restorative practices by coming to beautiful Vail, CO at the peak of the fall colors. There will be something at this conference for you if you choose.

Students will lead a practicum on Sunday afternoon, legislative champions will inspire, films from CO and beyond will be celebrated, engaging sessions will motivate. Dr. Jaiya John of will shine his creative, compassionate light on Monday morning. Dr. Anjali Nandi will help us ground in the practical on Tuesday morning. Wednesday with Playback Theatre West will land us in a restorative vision as we reflect and focus our sights Through a Restorative Lens. You are an important part of that vision.

Register now for the 2016 Colorado Restorative Justice Practices Conference, September 25-28, at the Vail Marriot.

Hope to see you there!
