Lynn Lee has successfully completed over 400 Restorative Justice conferences and is currently the Chair of the Pikes Peak Restorative Justice Council. She has been the co-chair for the Manitou Springs Restorative Justice Project since its inception. Lynn co-facilitated the first Restorative Justice conference for the Colorado Department of Corrections and continues to work in facilitating conferences for felony offenses. She began volunteering in the first local restorative justice program in Colorado Springs in 2001 as a community member. In 2006-07 she worked as a victim advocate in restorative justice and currently runs her own small business training others in restorative justice as well as facilitating restorative justice conferences for the courts and schools. Lynn is a retired public school teacher from Widefield School District in Colorado Springs where she taught special education for 15 years. She holds a BA in Education and an MA in Education Administration from the University of Colorado. Lynn was appointed to the RJ Council in 2013 after passage of HB13-1254.
