RJEd is excited to provide its all virtual, public training of “Implementing a Culture of Care in Schools: An Advanced Training.” 

This advanced training is a deep dive into the “Creating a Culture of Care in Schools Using Restorative Practices” basic training. Participants will be prepared to provide the basic training in a professional manner by understanding the thinking behind the delivery of the basic training. This 16 module training is designed for the person who will be training others using the basic professional development training program.

VIRTUAL TRAINING DETAILS

This is a LIVE training of the program's 16 Modules.

It will take eight (8) weeks to complete, with two (2) trainings per week, totaling three (3) hours per week of trainings.

Training is every Tuesday & Thursday starting May 4, 2021 and ending June 24, 2021.

Each session is 1.5 hours and will cover one (1) Module.Two (2) sessions/Modules per week for eight (8) weeks.

Training sessions are 4:00pm - 5:30pm EST on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Breakout dialogues in each training sessions.

Breakout dialogues are facilitated by RJEd Trainers and incorporate role plays, contextualization of program materials, and reflective dialogue.

Successful completion of the 16 modules results in the participant receiving a certificate as an implementation specialist in creating a Culture of Care in Schools based on restorative justice principles and practices, as well as culturally appropriate relationships and interactions. Also, those people who successfully complete the 16 modules are eligible to register for 2 credits at the master’s level through Colorado State University.

No further coursework is required.
