My background is in social work and youth development. I was a school based restorative justice coordinator at a high school in Chicago through a non-profit, Umoja for over two years. In this role I facilitated restorative practices and collaborated with school staff around a school culture shift to RJ. Additionally, I trained adults around restorative practices. Currently I am the Restorative Justice Case Manager with Boulder County's District Attorney's office. I coordinate and facilitate cases with youth and adults referred through the DA's Diversion Program. Additionally, I support and train volunteer community members.
