I was first trained over 20 years ago to facilitate Family Group Conferences (offered by RealJustice / IIRP) and was later trained to train facilitators in this process. I was the manager / supervisor of the Reparative Probation Program in Rutland, Vermont, for over 10 years. I have personally facilitated / coordinated between 50 - 75 restorative justice processes in the criminal justice, public school and children / family services systems.
