I have been a facilitator with LCJP since 2014, working in the Community Restorative Justice program. Since 2015, I've also served as a facilitator coach, helping to train new facilitators. I'm interested in exploring ways to apply RJ principles to less formal/structured situations, and also to bring RJ into my work as an outdoor educator as a tool to help students resolve their conflicts and live harmoniously together.
