I have a Master of Arts in Restorative Justice from Vermont Law School and possess experience in facilitating circles in diverse settings including k-12 education, criminal legal system, college campuses and community organizations. My focus leans toward transformative justice where not only harms and obligations are addressed with the primary stakeholders but also needs and obligations of the community or institution are identified. I specialize in trauma informed community based restorative practices. My focus is on working with community members and service providers to research and support the creation of restorative practices that work best for their communities. I am interested in conducting research into the implementation of restorative practices and how the processes match restorative justice theory. My focus has included the implementation of restorative practices in response to medical harm.
