Restorative Justice is a philosophy of human interaction based on dignity and respect. It is a belief that when people meet, with an acceptance of guidelines in advance, that they will see each other, themselves, and issues of conflict with expanded empathy. RJ is a process that advances social-emotional skills that lead to empowerment and confidence in all endeavors with other people. RJ is a daily practice that ultimately leads to more peaceful life and creative, productive human interaction.
