Restorative Roles

I am a high school teacher in Adams 12 and have been using restorative practices since 2014. I teach a 3-credit course to educators in Adams County around restorative practices, lead restorative conferences between students and staff, and have led 35 staff members through professional development at Northglenn High School. Additionally, I volunteer and consult with Longmont Community Justice Partnership, leading trainings, facilitating community group conferences and the RESTORE program. I currently am working with Colorado Education Association on their initiatives with restorative practices and teach an online class through Co-Pilot, their online system. Finally, I consult with The Restorative Justice Solution with Jen Kirksey and Jen Gallegos.
