I have been working and volunteering in restorative justice for 20 years. I have been employed as a victim advocate for the first restorative justice program in Colorado Springs. In addition to the practices listed above, I practice and train reintegration circles in Community Corrections and also practice and train in Family Group Conferencing. As Colorado has increased in the ways and places that RJ/RP is being implemented, I have begun to train RJ organizations in accepting higher level cases through the courts.
