From my experience, the process involved in the use of circles and their outcomes inspire my belief that when respectful listening occurs, healing is possible. Through deep listening and an invitation to consider choices, there is an increased willingness to own those choices. Creating a safe environment and empowering the participants creates the potential for transformation among the participants.
